We are built on a foundation of hard work, excellence, innovation, and a deep love for the dirt world. Our story begins long before our current development projects - back in 1995, our founder, Scott Kelly launched Enterprise Trenchless Technologies Inc. A directional drilling, gas utility, and excavation company. As an award-winning utility construction company ETTI continues to be known for its integrity, precision and "get it done" approach. Today, we bring that same unwavering commitment into our earthwork and site construction division at Kelly Brothers.
